Richard L. Weiner concentrates his practice in the area of business law, with extensive and diverse experience in entertainment, intellectual property and general business litigation. He has specific expertise in the areas of pre and post judgment remedies, trial and arbitration practice and the enforcement of creditor rights. Mr. Weiner also provides non-litigation business services and expertise that include consulting on general business legal matters and negotiating and drafting of business transactions.

Mr. Weiner is a graduate of the University of Arizona and obtained his law degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Mr. Weiner has been a licensed attorney in the State of California for over 20 years and has been given an “AV” Rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest possible legal ability and recommendation rating.

Mr. Weiner is a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and is admitted in all State and Federal Courts in the State of California.
